Don't have credit card, just use RHB account via paypal...

But the things that I want to share is about their Paypal service. You can simply use your RHB current/savings account via RHB Internet Banking to Top Up into PayPal and shop from millions of online stores worldwide.
So, you can Top up your PayPal account directly from your deposit accounts... Although other bank also provide this service, but the package from RHB bank is more convenient, I supposed.
Just try and compare it with other bank.
