If you are tired of long Ethernet cables snaking around your living room from your router to your connected multimedia devices, Aztech may have a solution for you in the form of the HL125G multi-port HomePlug AV 500Mbps switch.
Aztech's HomePlug powerline networking technology takes advantage of the existing power cables in your walls to connect your devices (be it PlayStation3, PC or HDTV) to the network.
All you need is a HomePlug adaptor connected via a short Ethernet cable to your router and the HL125G connected to a power point near your home AV devices.
The HL125G connects to your router at speeds of up to 500Mbps and you can hook up your devices via shorter Ethernet cables to any one of the four gigabit Ethernet ports on the HL125G.
The whole set up is essentially plug and play and there is little to no configuration required.
