Dell Latitude ST : This Tablet means business

DELL has released a Tablet PC aimed at both mobile professionals and the IT professionals supporting them, the Dell Latitude ST.
The Windows 7 Tablet features a 10.1in LED capacitive touchscreen with anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass and a rubberised bumper for comfort. There's also an N-Trig stylus attached for expanded input options.
Weighing in at 816g, it features an integrated 720p HD front facing video webcam and a 5-megapixel rear facing camera.
Powered by an Intel Atom processor, the Latitude ST also houses 2GB of DDR2 SDRAM and a 128GB Solid State hard drive.
This business Tablet boasts up to six hours of battery life and is designed for organisations where employees need to run a core set of applications in safe computing environments.
For IT administrators, the Tablet allows remote management via existing solutions or with Dell KACE appliances, in addition to critical data protection with Dell's own encryption tools.
The device will also integrate with desktop virtualisation solutions for secure remote access to data. It is available now starting from RM2,380.
